Your stay in our holiday accommodation is at your own risk. The landlord accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Parents are liable for their children.
House Rules & Use
Please observe our house rules. Violations of these may lead to an early end of the stay without refund. The accommodation may only be used by the number of people stated in the booking. Parties and loud events are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, a fee of 50% of the booking price will be charged. In case of no-show, the entire booking amount will be due.

All prices are subject to change without notice. A booking is only binding upon written confirmation.
